This flagpoles warranty covers any structural defects in materials or workmanship, including installation, except for the exclusions noted below. For clarity, “structural” refers to the flagpole only.
How Long Coverage Lasts.
This Warranty runs for five years from the date your Flagpole is purchased.
- Five year Structural Warranty
- Twelve Month Warranty for normal wear and tear of halyard, rope, weights and spindles.
What is not Covered.
This warranty does not cover
- Fading, chipping or discolouration caused by exposure to the outside elements ie sunlight or seawater.
- Corrosive Chemicals such as hydrochloric and sulfuric acids.
- Any purpose other then what the Flagpole is designed for (Flying Flags) such as climbing on, or as support for other structures.
- Third Party Parts, Halyards, Ropes and spindles are not covered after the initial 12 months due to the wear and tear nature or these components.
- Damage by vandals animals and birds ie Cockatoos.
- Damage by vehicles, trolleys, trees etc.
- Incorrect Installation or additions outside our recommendations
- Act of God.
What will Adda Flagpoles Do?
If your flagpole is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, Adda Flagpoles will repair it promptly. If a repair is not possible, we will replace the flagpole with a new one of similar quality, composition, and value, ensuring your investment is fully protected.
