When a client purchases a flagpole from us, we will first confirm the location of the installation and assess any potential obstacles that may affect the installation process. We will then schedule a convenient date and time for the installation to take place.
WALL OR BUILDING MOUNTED FLAGPOLES:
Our team will conduct a site visit to determine the location and suitability of the wall or building where the flagpole is to be installed. We will also check the size and type of the flagpole that the client has purchased to ensure that it is suitable for the installation location.
Before we start the installation, we will make sure that the area is clear and free from any obstacles that may hinder the installation process. We will also take safety precautions to ensure that the installation is carried out safely.
We will mark the location where the flagpole is to be installed and drill holes into the wall or building using specialized tools and equipment and then attach mounting brackets to the drilled holes to provide a secure base for the flagpole.
Once the mounting brackets are in place, we will mount the flagpole onto the brackets and secure it using appropriate hardware. After the flagpole is installed, we will perform any necessary adjustments to ensure that it is level and secure. We will also install any additional components such as halyards and pulleys, as required.
IN GROUND FLAGPOLES:
On the day of the installation, our team of experienced technicians will arrive on-site with all the necessary equipment and tools. We will start by digging a hole that is suitable for the size and type of flagpole purchased by the client. We will ensure that the hole is deep enough to provide a solid foundation for the flagpole.
Once the hole is ready, we will carefully lower the flagpole into place, ensuring that it is level and secure. We will then backfill the hole with concrete and let it set for a suitable amount of time to ensure that the flagpole is stable and secure.
After the concrete has cured, we will attach the flag and hoist it up the flagpole, ensuring that it is flying correctly and that the client is satisfied with the installation. We will then conduct a final inspection of the installation to ensure that everything is functioning correctly and safely.
Our team will then clean up the work area, leaving it in the same condition it was in before the installation took place. We will also provide the client with care and maintenance instructions to ensure that their flagpole remains in excellent condition for years to come.
