Galvanised heavy duty hinge plate, attach to the flagpole for simple lowering of flagpoles for maintenance or removal. The hinge plate is lowered on to the rag bolts that are in the concrete footings (bolt starter kit) or chemically anchored in existing concrete slabs.

Using hinged plates means you may not require cherry pickers, scissor lifts etc to access the top of poles for maintenance.
